Q: Why did you create the Privacy Jump Start?
Answer: We found that many customers are eager for advice on how to proceed with their privacy program, but they are not sure of the proper next steps. We created the Privacy Jump Start to allow organizations access to expert consulting advice without a large investment in time or money.
Q: How does the Jump Start work?
Answer: After you purchase the jump start, we put you in touch with your consultant. You schedule a mutually agreeable time for a two-hour phone consultation. You can exchange any documents or other information that would be helpful. If you are going to send confidential information during the process, we recommend that you prepare a standard Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) for the consultant to sign before the call. During the phone call, you can ask questions or have the consultant lead you through a structured approach to help you define an action plan for moving forward.
Q: Do we need to follow the structured approach?
Answer: No. You are free to use the time as you wish. All we ask is that you schedule the entire two hours during no more than two meetings. We recommend the structured approach to make sure you receive value for your time.
Q: Do we need to purchase The Privacy Toolkit to purchase the Privacy Jump Start?
Answer: No. You are free to purchase the Jump Start as a stand-alone purchase. However, you receive a $50.00 discount on the Privacy Jump Start with a purchase of the Privacy Management Toolkit.
Q: How much does it cost?
Answer: The Privacy Jump Start is priced at $300.00. This includes two full hours of virtual consulting time.
Q: How can we purchase the Privacy Jump Start?
Answer: The Privacy Jump Start can be ordered on-line through our secure e-commerce site. The Privacy Jump Start can be purchased via purchase order if purchased with at least one other Information Shield product.
